Role Overview
We are looking for a forward‑thinking Tech Recruiter who thrives on breaking the mold of traditional hiring. This role requires creativity, persistence, and the ability to leverage both conventional and non‑conventional recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent, while building a strong employer brand and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to co‑create innovative recruitment campaigns.
- Source candidates using traditional and non‑traditional channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates for future openings.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience as a Tech Recruiter or IT Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of global hiring practices and inclusive recruitment strategies.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment campaigns will be an added advantage.
